A 31 yrs old male patient presented with red papular eruptions on right dorsal region, shoulder, upper arm and bend of elbow. Pain as if bones are broken inside which started on evening of 12 January(2 days earlier) but he thought it is just a simple sprain and will resolve but this morning he seen few eruptions and came for consultation. Pains are increasing by moving the arm. Pains are severe.
Past History of Chicken Pox is found. Case is diagnosed as Herpes Zoaster.

Papular eruptions now converted in Red vesicles with red areola. Pain like fractured bone is mild, no itching, no burning, no fever.

Vesicles started to become white, grey and sinking. Areola is red. Pain, like bone is fractured, increased again. Sleeplessness due to pain and sometimes sleep disturbed by pain. Pain increases by motion of arm and better by rest. Arm is trembling. Burning started over all the effected area. Eruptions, on dorsal region of back, are crusting now.
