होम्योपैथी के बारे में एक बङी भ्रांति ये है कि यह धीरे- धीरे काम करती है, परंतु
वास्तविकता ये है कि होम्योपैथी एक्यूट केसों में तेजी से काम करती है. यहाँ तक
की कुछ मिनटों से कुछ घंटों में रोग ठीक किया जा सकता है.

होम्योपैथी के धीरे- धीरे काम करने की धारणा, इसके पुराने और वर्षों से चले आ रहे
रोगों को ठीक करने की प्रक्रिया की वजह से है. होम्योपैथी में आने वाले ज्यादातर
रोगी अपने वर्षों पुराने उन रोगों के लिये आते हैं जिनके लिये वे अन्य सभी तरीके
जैसे- एलोपैथी, आयुर्वेद, यूनानी दवायें इस्तेमाल कर चुके होते हैं, स्वाभाविक रुप से
ऐसे रोगों मे समय लगेगा ही. लेकिन इसी धारणा को एक्यूट केसों के लिये भी
स्वीकार कर लिया गया, जो कि पूरी तरह निराधार है.

केस 1:

नाम क, 17 वर्ष की लङकी, अप्रैल 3, 2014.

पिछली शाम से दस्त, रात को बुखार, आज सुबह से बार- बार दस्त,
मल पानी जैसा, दस्त से पहले पेट में दर्द जो दस्त के बाद ठीक हो जाता है,
पानी की प्यास बार- बार, सिर दर्द, जुखाम और हल्की खाँसी.

होम्योपैथी सॉफ्टवेयर पर इस केस का रिपर्टराइजेशन चार्टः-

दवा -   आर्सेनिक एल्बम 200 CH की तीन डोज दस- दस मिनट के अंतर
से दी गईं, पहली डोज देने के बाद फिर एक बार तेज दर्द के साथ दस्त हुआ.
फिर उसके बाद बुखार, सिर दर्द, दस्त सभी लक्षणों को आराम आता गया. तीन
घंटे में सभी लक्षण चले गये.


केस 2:

नाम र, 7 साल का लङका, मार्च 14,2014

दो दिन से दस्त, जो आज और ज्यादा बढ गये हैं, पेट में कोई दर्द नहीं,
बिल्कुल पतला मल, जो एकदम बह जाता है, जैसे पानी का नल खोल दिया हो,
मल के बाद बहुत ही ज्यादा कमजोरी. मल के साथ बहुत सारा गैस भी.

होम्योपैथी सॉफ्टवेयर पर इस केस का रिपर्टराइजेशन चार्टः-

दवा - पोडोफायलम 30 CH की तीन डोज दस- दस मिनट के अंतर से दी
गईं, दो बार और दस्त हुये लेकिन मल की मात्रा बहुत कम थी. शाम तक
मरीज ठीक हो गया, अगले दिन फिर कोई दस्त नहीं हुआ.

केस 3:

नाम भ, उम्र 47 वर्ष,महिला, अप्रैल 18, 2014

तीन दिन से, मौसम में अचानक बदलाव से, हल्की खाँसी शुरू हुई जो
कल शाम से लगातार होने लगी, खाँसी के हर तेज दौरे के साथ उल्टी,
छाती में दर्द, खाने से और बोलने से खाँसी और ज्यादा तेज होने लगती
है. गर्म पानी या चाय पीने से थोङा सा आराम मिलता है जो ज्यादा देर
तक नहीं रहता.

होम्योपैथी सॉफ्टवेयर पर इस केस का रिपर्टराइजेशन चार्टः-

दवा - ब्रायोनिया 30 CH की एक डोज दी गई और इंतजार करने के लिये
कहा. वेटिंग में बैठे- बैठे 10 मिनट में ही खाँसी का लगातार चल रहा दौरा
बंद हो गया. दोपहर तक खाँसी बिल्कुल बंद हो गई.


केस 4:

नाम ह, उम्र 23 वर्ष, पुरूष, फरवरी 12, 2014.

दाँत में चार- पाँच दिन से हल्का- हल्का दर्द था, जो रात में थोङा ज्यादा
महसूस होता था. कल रात से अचानक बहुत ही तेज होने लगा. बाँईं तरफ
के नीचे वाले जबङे में पीछे से दूसरा दाँत. दाँत थोङा खराब (caries) होने
लगा है. दर्द; मीठा खाने, चाय पीने, खाना खाने, गाल पर छूने से बढ जाता है.
ये दाँत दर्द बाँये कान में भी जा रहा है.

होम्योपैथी सॉफ्टवेयर पर इस केस का रिपर्टराइजेशन चार्टः-

दवा - सीपिया 200 CH  की दो डोज 2  घंटे के अंतर से खाने के लिये दीं
गईं. पहली डोज लेने के आधा घंटे बाद दर्द कम होने लगा और दूसरी
डोज के बाद पूरी तरह से बंद हो गया. अगले दिन मरीज ने किसी प्रकार
के दर्द की शिकायत नहीं की.




होम्योपैथी दवाओं का चुनाव पूरी तरह से लक्षणों पर निर्भर करता है. मरीज के
लक्षणों का पूरा समूह किसी विशेष दवाई को लक्षित करता है. उस दवाई को
ठीक ठीक शक्ति में देने पर, होम्योपैथिक दवा तुरंत काम करती है.

इन मरीजों के लक्षणों में होने वाला आराम कोई जादू नहीं है. लक्षणों और
दवा के ठीक चुनाव पर, होम्योपैथिक दवायें इसी तरह से काम करती हैं.
तत्काल आराम इस तथ्य पर निर्भर करता है कि मरीज अपने लक्षणों को
कितना विस्तार और कितनी सटीकता से बता पाता है और दूसरा इस बात
पर  निर्भर करता है कि होम्योपैथिक चिकित्सक कितनी सटीकता से उन
लक्षणों के आधार पर सही दवा का चुनाव कर पाता है.

A Case of Chronic Headache

A married woman, 35 yrs old, was suffering from chronic headaches for 10 years. Pains are severe 2-3 days every week but mild pains remain always. She does not feel head light anytime since a long time.

Pains are one sided, mostly on right side, aggravates from anger, noise, exposure to sun, mostly at forenoon around 11 AM, better by pressure. She eats lot much salt and salty things. She wants to lie down quietly and silently when headache. Always lie on painful side which somewhat relieves the pain. Headache is associated with vomiting which does not relieve.

Patient has hypothyroidism for few years and is on Thyronorm 50. Her uric acid levels fluctuate off and on and her physician prescribe medicines to keep it under normal range accordingly.

 Head pains are better in severity. Severity reduced. Mild pains which were continuing everyday earlier are now stopped.

Sac Lac twice a day for fifteen days.

Dec 31, 2012

Severe head pain started from 30^th Dec, this time on left side, in occipital region, very much irritability during pain and her husband told that she is weeping many times a day.

Prescription of Dec 31, does not relieved. Her pains were very much, she again started pain killer as per requirement. In two months she again fed up with painkillers and decided to Start Homeopathy again.

Case is taken again with details.

Patient is of very angry nature, get angered easily, very irritable. Fear of cancer. Remains sad. Talk very hastily. Most of Symptoms of headache are same, some new symptoms are added. Head pain when she works in kitchen and due to heat. Sensation of a ball rolling in head. Head pain from lying down (Change from earlier symptom). Pain in occiput and vertex. Thirstless. Uric Acid level are increased which are causing pain in thighs on walking and squatting. Insomnia and disturbed sleep. Desire for salt is very much. Amelioration after sleep and very much weakness by exertion.

Phosphorus 200  three doses with interval of half hour, prescribed with sac lac for fifteen days. Marked irritability during headache and very much desire for salt with lean thin constitution of patient was the reason to prescribe Phosphorus.

Pain is better, frequency and severity reduced. Sac Lac prescribed for ten days.

March 26, 2013

Pains are mild, less frequent, easily bearable but not stopped. Sac Lac is prescribed for fifteen days.

April 22, 2013

Head pain from April 21, started from morning, very very severe with vomiting.

Phosphorus 200  one dose prescribed with sac lac for ten days.

May 2, 2013

Pain is better but a mild pain always remains in head which is not easy to locate. Sac Lac is prescribed for fifteen days

May 10, 2013

Pain started again in forehead, vertex after exposure to sun. With pain in lower limbs, thighs which aggravates in walking. Feel very much weak. Irritability, sadness and hopelessness are there. Insomnia.

Phosphorus 200 one dose was prescribed.

May 20, 2013

Pains are improved, less frequent but patient does not feel normal at all. Mild pains are always there.

On evaluating, it is found that earlier prescription was partially similar which somewhat relieved the symptoms but not cured the patient. Desire for salt and irritability during headache are given unnecessary weight age in evaluation.

Preference is given to hasty speech, profound sadness, uric acid diathesis. And one more important point is that, head pain exposure from sun is found in Sepia and Not in Phosphorus. In my Radar Version it is a wrong entry.

Prescription:

Sepia 30  three doses prescribed with thirty minutes interval with sac lac for fifteen days.

Patient has not reported for a long time.

July 20, 2013

Patient came for his son’s sickness and told that in last two months, she has no headache, angry mood, irritability, sadness, ball sensation, insomnia, pain in lower limbs. She feels quite well. Head is light, no heaviness and even she does not feel any ‘mild’ thing there in head now. Even desire for SALT is gone which mislead earlier for wrong medicines.  

Amazingly, her thyroid profile come under normal range and her physician

reduced her Thyronorm 50 to Thyronorm 25 daily. Her uric acid level come under normal range.

Rheumatism :-

    Pains going from one joint to another  -  Ferrum Phos. (Pulsatilla, Lac. Can.)

   Rheumatism when the needle held in the fingers gets so heavy that she cannot sew. Copious diarrhea with rheumatic pains in ankle joints, but not in the wrists; thirst for large quantities of cold water, similar to Bryonia – Podophyllum.

   Gouty and rheumatic conditions worse by warmth and better by cold applications – Ledum Pal, Lac-can, Pulsatilla, Secale cor.

   Rheumatism worse rest – Euphorbium Off, Pulsatilla, Rhododendron, Rhus tox.

   Rheumatism worse warmth – Chamomilla, Kali-mur, Ledum Pal, Mercurius, Pulsatilla.

   Rheumatic affections accompanied by perspiration and soreness of the bones – Eupatorium perf.

   Rheumatic pains in the extremities worse from becoming heated and from exertion of the body – Zincum met.

   Rheumatic pains worse from the heat of the bed, better after rising and entirely disappearing on walking about – Vertarum Alb.

   Rheumatic pains in the limbs ( rarely in the joints) worse during rest after previous exertions, better from movements – Valerina.

   Rheumatic pains especially in the joints better in the evening and at night in bed – Strontium carb.

   Dull rheumatic pains worse when exercising, better whilst at rest – Scilla.

   Rheumatic pains in the limbs; pains in those places where the bones are least covered with flesh, but not in the joints; or touching the painful part the pain immediately vanished and appeared in some other part – Sanguinaria.

   Arthritic complaints; tearing, stinging in the joints after they become swollen, arthritic nodositis – Sabina.

   Sensation of soreness, as from a contusion, bruise or fall, from a blow, especially in the limbs and joints – Ruta G.

   Rheumatic pains extend upwards – Eup-p, Ledum pal, Nux V.

   Rheumatic pains extend downwards – Kalmia, Phytolacca.

   Rheumatic troubles which were very obstinate under our usual remedies, cured with – Medorrhinum. ( E.B.Nash, “Homeopathic Recorder”,1932)

   Rheumatic tension, drawing and tearing in the limbs mostly with sensation of numbness, especially when at rest – Rhus Tox.

   Rheumatic and arthritic pains (drawing and tearing) in the limbs, mostly on the periosteum, caused by stormy weather, and worse when at rest; mostly in the forearms and lower legs – Rhododendron.

   Rheumatic and arthritic soreness with stitches over the whole body –   Ranunculus Bulbosa.

   Rheumatic swelling with stinging pains – Pulsatilla, Apis.

   Pain in the legs, especially on the tibia and in the soles of the feet, as from over-exertion in walking, with great restlessness in the legs, better on rising – Psorinum.

   Restlessness in the legs, has to change the position continually – Prunus spinosa.

   Paralytic sensation, numbness and stiffness in the limbs, generally accompanied by coldness – Platinum Met.

   Cracking and arthritic stiffness in joints – Petroleum.

   Stinging pains in all parts of the body, especially the limbs – Paris quadrifolia. (Homeopathic world, August, 1961)

   The lower legs and feet feel too full, with restlessness in the legs till he lies down – Osmium.

   Pain in the lower limbs with weakness and numbness – Oxalic acid.

   Numbness and insensibility of the body and limbs – Opium.

   Rheumatic pains mostly in the upper arms and lower parts of the legs; worse when going to sleep, Rheumatism often attacks the heart and generally goes from the upper to the lower parts – Kalmia lat.

   Rheumatic pains in the hip joints and knees on moving and more especially during the day. Pains which wander quickly from one part of the body to another – Kali Bichromicum.

   Chronic rheumatism of the joints with violent pains at night, without swelling – Iodine.

   Rheumatic pains in the shoulders, arms, fingers, particularly in the elbow and wrist joint – Gratiola.

   Rheumatic pains (wandering) in the bones and joints at night – Gelsemium.

   Paralytic tearing pain from the shoulder joint into the upper arm (Left) he cannot raise the arm, slow movement improves it gradually – Ferrum Met.

   Paralytic weakness in the joints, especially felt when beginning to move – Euphrasia.

   Rheumatic pains in the arms, extending into the fingers, especially the joints of the fingers; great weakness with sensation of lameness through all the limbs – Colchicum.

   Paralytic immobility of the limbs, with drawing pains in the bones, pains, as if bruised, in the shoulder and bones of the arms, when lifting them up and when touching them – Cocculus Indicus.

   Rheumatic pains in the metatarsal bones and the phalanges of the toes, worse from contact, not from motion – China off.

   Paralytic, trembling weakness of the limbs, tension and shortening of the muscles contracting the joints and bending the limbs – Causticum.

   Rheumatic and gouty pains in the limbs with tension; worse from motion and contact – Bryonia.

   Rheumatic pains in the joints flying from one to another; Coxalgia with stinging pain or burning in the hip-joint; worst at night, aggravated by the least contact – Belladona.

   Rheumatic pains from the elbow up to the shoulder, worse at night; tearing pains in the arms and legs which do not permit one to lie on the painful side, but which are relieved by moving the affected part – Arsenicum Alb.

   Drawing (Gouty) pains in the fingers and their joints; when symptoms reappear, they change their locality, or go from one side of the body to other – Antimonium Crud.

   Pains in the left hip, as if the tendons were too short, causing limping or pain as from dislocation – Ammonium Mur.

   Tearing in the muscles of the joints, often on one side (from the small of the back through the right leg) – Ambra Grisea.

   Drawing and tearing in the limbs, especially at night and during rest, or on alternate afternoons; involuntary alternate extension and contraction of the muscles in different parts of the body – Lycopodium.

   Rheumatic and arthritic pains, tearing and stinging, especially in the limbs and joints, worse at night, with profuse perspiration which gives no relief – Merc V.

   Pain in the periosteum of the long bones, especially in the tibia, worse at night in bed, and then the least touch in intolerable – Mezereum.

   Tension in the bends of the limbs and sensation as if the tendons were shortened; painful contraction of the hamstrings – Natrum Mur.

   Wandering pains, only attacking a small spot and lasting but a short time, returning frequently – Nux Moschata.

   Sensation of great weakness of debility in the legs; the joints feel as if lame – Senega.

   Stiffness of the joints (hands, knees and feet), paralytic drawing and tearing in the arm and armpit to the fingers – Sepia.

   Tearing in the limbs, in outer parts, in the muscles and joints, from above downward; stinging pain in outer and inner parts in the muscles; in the joints; from within outwards – Sulphur.

   Menses appear for about an hour only with great pains – Euphrasia.

   Pain in and around the eyes – Eupatorium Perf.
