A Case of a Cystic Tumor on Forehead

A 28 year male consulted for a cystic tumor on his forehead for more than 7 months. It is increasing in size slowly. He has consulted two senior surgeons and certainly advised for a surgery. One of them advised him that he may need two surgeries one after another to get rid of this cystic tumor.

Patient came to try Homeopathy. On Nov 8, 2014 he reported with a cyst in middle of his forehead. A few warts were seen here and there which were very old. No history of any injury was detected. No other significant sign and symptoms were accompanied.

He was worried and hopeless about his tumor. Very anxious about his health. He has fear of dogs and heights from his childhood.

Repertory

Prescription

Calcarea Carb 200 CH three doses prescribed to take after one another with two hour interval on same day. Sac lac was given for 7 days.

Patient returned on Nov. 17, 2014 and thereafter he given many visits but no repetition and no other medicine was prescribed after Calc Carb 200 CH on first prescription. Significant result was obtained.

Discussion:- Cystic tumor cured with anxiety and hopelessness of patient. But warts remained with his fear of Dogs and Heights.

A Case of Fibroadenosis of breast of many years

A 15 year old girl presented on Feb 24,2014 with multiple nodular lumps in her both breasts. Breasts are very painful and pain
aggravates much more by touching. Complaint of lumps started few years back but pain started later on. Patient has menarche at age of 11 years.

Patient has many eruptions on face. Patient feels hungry all the time and eats frequently. She desires for sour food.

Prescription on 24/2/2014:

Conium Mac 30, 3 doses with hourly interval. Sac Lac for 10 days daily.

Patient reported on 27/3/2014:

All the pain is gone and no lump remains in breasts. First time feels so

Light in many years. Eruptions on face cleared. Appetite reduced.

FERRUM IODATUM

(Iodide of Iron)

Scrofulous affections, glandular enlargements, and tumors call for this remedy. Crops of boils. Acute nephritis following eruptive diseases. Uterine displacements. Body emaciated. Anemia. Exophthalmic goiter following suppression of menses. Debility following drain upon vital forces. Impetigo of the cheek.

Stomach :- Food seems to push up into throat, as if it had not been swallowed.

Abdomen :- Fullness, even after a little food; stuffed feeling, as if she could not lean forward.

Throat :- Sore, as if of a splinter, shooting in different directions. Hoarse.

Respiratory :- Coryza; discharge of mucus from nose, trachea and larynx. Pressure beneath sternum. Scrofulous swelling of nose. Chest feels oppressed. Hemoptysis.

Urinary :- Urine dark. Sweet smelling. Crawling sensation in urethra and rectum. Sensation as if urine were stopped at fossa navicularis. Difficulty in retaining urine. Incontinence in anemic children.

Female :- On sitting, feeling as if something pressed upward in vagina. Much bearing down. Retroversion and prolapse of uterus. Leucorrhoea like boiled starch. Menses suppressed or scanty. Itching and soreness of vulva and vagina.

Dose :- Third trituration. Does not keep long.
